Florentis Tuscan Malt Whisky Vin Santo is part of the extraordinary series of whiskies that the Chioccioli Altadonna family of Winestillery has begun to produce.<\/h3>\n

The process involves a six-day spontaneous fermentation, the use of a ‘Frilli’ type pot still, a hybrid copper still and a single discontinuous distillation. The whisky is then matured in Tuscan oak barrels that previously contained Vinsanto.
